Unfortunately, Spine cannot animate vector graphics and handles only PNG or JPEG images. So if you would like to animate the images without vector-to-raster conversion, Spine will not suit your purposes very well.
Also, I use outlines such as arrows, which are drawn frame after frame from the tip of the rear arrow towards the head. For this I need the option of deleting parts within the image and revelations later.
I believe this can be done using Spine. Spine has a feature called meshes that are mainly used for deforming, but it also allows you to crop part of the image by changing its hull. So it is possible to use it to separate images that were originally connected to one another. If you want to animate separated images that appear to be connected, you can group the images using bones.
