[Feature Request] Copying skin folders.

For a mix and match project we are currently using a skin path structure along these lines:

SkinTone/BodyPart/###/Detail (Green/Ears/003/Pierced or Red/Mouth/015/Smile)

Copying skins is quite convenient but I was wondering if it might be possible to copy skin folders as well? I can't seem to find a way to do this which isn't very manual at the moment.

To be clear, you would like to be able to duplicate a folder, which would duplicate the folder and all the skins in it?

Yes, that's correct.

It's working quite well when I do it manually, I'd love to be able to speed up this process.
