Why doesn't the OK button appear after I enter my activation code?
I directly copied the activation code in the mailbox, and no ok appeared.

OK should appear as soon as there are enough characters entered. Maybe the copy/paste from your email got messed up somehow? Can you type any additional characters? Does OK appear then?

That is very strange. I'm sorry you are having trouble!

I tried your activation code on Windows 10 using the latest launcher (3.8.70) and I see the OK button after pasting your code. The code is 32 characters.

What happens if you just type a 32 times? You can just hold down a until it fills up the whole text field, at which point the OK button should appear. Eg:

Your code is definitely 32 characters. Maybe you are using your order number instead of your activation code? Please look for your activation code on your Spine license page, not in the email receipt. The link to your Spine license page is in your email receipt, but the activation code itself is not.
