Hello guys,

I just added ragdoll 2D to my player character, but got a weird behaviour. I am really missing something here, this is what is happening:


So i tested the same exported file from spine in another scene, and got a normal result.


I really do not know what could it be. Someone have a clue?

If you have any scaling on the bones it could get weird. Also make sure you disable all the IK when going into ragdoll mode.

Yep! That was it, fixed! Thanks Mitch.

I made the character too big in spine, the images are made for a 1920x1080 screen. I guess i ll try to resize the root bone in spine, than export to unity (it was resized in unity).

Updating here, that did not worked fine! It is weird.
I guess the only way to go here is to not resize any bone either in Spine or Unity.

The scaling system is different for Spine and Unity. This makes it hard when you implicitly link them using the UnityEngine.Transform object. Spine 3.0 has a much more similar system so it'll get better eventually heh

You do a great job at Esoteric Software! So i believe it will get always better!!!
Really, your product is so good that we will start our previous mobile game all over, using your system and Unity porting it to Pc Ps4 and Xbox.
Spine rocks! :D :D :rofl: :rofl:

But, meanwhile do you have a tip to fix this without remaking all the Bone Structure?
