Bug exporting on Spine 3.6.46 (doesn´t happen in3.6.45)

The Spine version 3.6.46 has a bug where everytime I export my work it gives me a huge warning saying an image has a different case, listing all the images on my project.

This happens on ALL my spine files, even the ones I didn´t even do anything before exporting again even though it worked perfectly before.

If I load Spine version 3.6.45 everything works fine.

what kind of export do you use? what settings do you have? (and does this happen also with one of spine's example projects? if not could you send us the problematic project to contact@esotericsoftware.com please?)

I just want to chime in and say I'm getting the same thing, although I haven't tried 3.6.45 yet...

okay, I figured out how to reproduce the error:

start a new project
select an image folder that includes a subfolder with an image
drag image from subfolder onto root
export
witness error

I´m stuck in version 3.6.45 until this is fixed, since all the spine files of my games give the same error. Please fix this so I can keep using the latest version
