Good idea, Pharan. In 3.5.48 L (key active tool) and ctrl+L (key selection) will key the mesh deform of the selected mesh(es).
hwadock, do you prefer not to use Auto Key? Or is your need for hotkeys to key the setup pose value?
There is a Key Color hotkey, but it isn't assigned a keystroke by default. You'll need to edit your hotkeys.txt file.
3.5.48 will have a Key Attachment hotkey, but not bound to a keystroke by default.
