Hiding some slots in some animations

I would like to hide some of the slots in some of the animations. How do you do that?

Figured out how to do this. Definitely not intuitive by the way.

What did you do? Just hide the images?

In the first frame of the animation, I clicked on the dot below the eye symbol of the default image. This ensure that there is no image selected for that node in the animation. Then I clicked on the orange dot against the node to make it red.

Is there any other way out?

None that I know of.

It's okay to do for one or two things. But not when you have like, 10 or more images to hide per animation.
