Keyframe smoothing?

What's the easiest way to do this? I'm having such an awful time trying to do the in-betweens of my animations .. I've wasted so many hours into them only to end up with jarring motions.Is there a feature I haven't seen that helps with this like in Adobe After Effects? :bang:
