I am new to Spine and 2d animation. I want to develop a very simple character animation (for example the character laughs and moves its body slightly). I already know how this is working and I am also able to display this animation on an Android device. I am using Monogame and Spine.
Now, I want that the user is able to configure the appearance of the character (different glasses, different eyes, different hair, ...) while the base animation like moving the body slightly should remain the same.
As there are so many possibilities the user could choose (big and green glasses and brown long hair or small and red glasses and blonde hair, ...) I am sure that there must be a simple way of realizing that. However, I don't know how this is realized in a professional and simple way.
Could anyone give me a hint please?
Would "Spine Essential" be sufficient or would I need "Spine Professionale" (skinned meshes)?
