Thanks for reporting this. We currently don’t have a Photoshop 2026 instance available to test it, but we’ll give it a try as soon as we get it.
What error are you seeing?
I’ve opened an issue on our tracker for this.

In the meantime, have you considered using the new Import PSD feature introduced in Spine 4.2?

I've got my PS 2026 (v 27.0) update today and tested the script I downloaded months ago. It works just fine for me.

88menthol Thank you for showing us the screenshot.The reason for that error is likely due to downloading the wrong script rather than an issue with our script itself.
Click the link below to download the latest version of PhotoshopToSpine.jsx:
https://esotericsoftware.com/spine-scripts/PhotoshopToSpine.jsx

Then, try selecting and running the downloaded PhotoshopToSpine.jsx file from Photoshop 2026's File > Scripts > Browse... menu.
