How can I make "connected mesh" in new versions?

I am watching YouTube videos to learn the program. But I guess the "connected mesh" button is not visible in the new versions or I couldn't find it because it is in a different place. Here I want to make the copy of the mesh in the flag connected to the original mesh. But how can I do this in the new versions?

The button I marked in red below is missing.

Click the New... select box and choose Linked Mesh. We didn't like having a separate button when everywhere else in Spine uses a New... select box.
