mhmdamjd I'm not quite sure what you mean by not rotating naturally, but if you mean that the rotation pivots are off, then you should adjust your bone position. In general, note that rig testing should not be done in setup mode. You can create a test animation of the bones being rotated or moved, and then adjust the bone positions while viewing the animation in the Preview view.
