There is a tool to load and export any Spine animations.

It has most of the features, but no Debug layer.
It can open all Spine files, except 2.x.
Allows you to save as PNG sequence or MOV.

          The author archived the repo.
          Remember that you have always the option to view your skeleton without opening the editor using the SkeletonViewer.
