Problems changing skin

Hi everyone!
I'm struggling with one of my characters...
The thing is, I have 2 different characters separate by skin (boy and girl) with the same body and now I need to export the girl without the boy's skin on its file, so I just erased it, but once I do that all the body of my girl has gone! so just now I realized that her body parts are using his body images (damn! I'm so stupid!) but the worst is that I already have lots of animations done with her. I'm a noob with Spine, so is there any way to replace all these body parts without changing meshes and positions?
Her skin folder has exactly the same images as the boy, except for her face and hands.

I will appreciate so much any help.

Hello, are you using linked meshes that have the boy's meshes as the source mesh? Try to unlink the meshes if this is the case, and see if deleting the boy's skin causes problems again. Alternatively you could also select the boy skin in the tree, and uncheck Export and see if this does the trick for your case.
