Exporting animation isn't working

Hi, I have an important animation to send to the client, my problem is that I want to export my sequence animation , I click on export then chose each option (avi/gif/Quicktime) in each codec but the result remain the same , when I open in the appropriate software it doesn't play, I have error like codec or can't play , is there any fix to this?

Could you tell me what Spine version you are using? Also, what software do you use to playback the export AVI/GIF/QuickTime video?

I used spine 3.6, then the latest beta version and still the same. I used VLC , WMP and quicktime for avi and quicktime. For the Gif I used the browser (IE, firefox) as always.

Hello kisa, does this happen also with other projects or just this one? in case it's only this one, could you send it to contact@esotericsoftware.com so we can help you figure out what is preventing you from exporting?

We also recommend to use beta to export gifs or videos.
In beta you can also set the number of loops for video, the size (maybe your skeleton is very big and your computer doesn't have the requirements to export it) and other settings.

You can check the output of the export in beta by clicking the Preview button in the upper corner of the export window.

I just solved the problem , I guess , it was because of the size that was too large.Now it export fine. Thanks a lot for quick answer.
