Unfortunately again, we could not reproduce your issue. When we export a project with Multiply blend mode, everything is imported without error on our side. What materials do you have assigned at the three Material template properties in Unity's Preferences under Spine?

If you have the default blend mode materials assigned, could you please send us another Unity reproduction project as zip package to contact@esotericsoftware.com that demonstrates this issue?

Unfortunately, we receive no errors or exceptions when importing the assets or when playing back any of the two animations in Unity.

In the provided 5.spine Spine project we noticed that the wen2 slot (as all other slots) are set to Normal blend mode, not to Multiply or any other blend more. I throught that you are having troubles when a slot is set to Multiply blend mode, or did I misunderstand you there? Or did you perhaps send the wrong assets or Spine project?
