spine-unity 4.0 installed from the github link. Straight Skeleton materials are in fact the PMA ones. Straight ones are missing in the package.

Thanks for reporting and sorry for the troubles! The material assets seem to have been accidental identical copies (also with the asset name parameter having PMA instead of Straight in the name, thus looking identical once selected). This has just been fixed on the 4.0 and 4.1-beta branches. New spine-unity 4.0 and 4.1-beta unitypackages are available for download here as usual:
