Is there any method to be able to save a selection group of bones. That is... to have a button, for example, that always selects a group of bones.

Selections can be stored by pressing ctrl+1 (cmd+1 on Mac), where 1 can be any of the number keys, 0-9. This is explained in the Tools page of the user guide:
