I want to know that if I purchase Spine Professional,how can I get the invoice

There should be a link to a (printable) invoice on the download page. (download page link included in your confirmation email).
Scroll to the bottom where it says "Invoices". There should be a list. Click "View"

Here's what an invoice may look like http://sht.tl/Arxs5E. You can specify your name, billing address and additional information straight from your license page, then click "View" next to the invoice table.
