This is not really a bug as such, more of a minor annoyance.

If I have Spine running in full screen and then go to either Save or Export and click the Browse button, the window size changes to a none-fullscreen size.

Once I confirm the new path it returns to fullscreen.

I thought it might be because I run a dual screen setup, but I have disabled my second screen and it still happens.

This is by design to fix problems with the file dialog showing the behind the Spine window. It doesn't affect your usage of Spine.

No it doesn't affect my usage at all Nate, that's why I said it's not really a bug.
As long as you know about it and it is by design then that's cool.
