Hi, I accidently bought Spine essential yesterday, and I wish to upgrade to pro in order to obtain the feature I need from for my course but anytime I proceed to upgrade transaction with the license I received and 260usd to add, I receive "sorry, an unexpected error occured, please try again" over and over and over and OVER!!! I tried to contact the team via emails but no answer did I receive so far...and I know the concern is not about my card since I have at least 400usd inside. Did anyone experience that before? Any help is welcome as soon as possible because the liscence is actually activated and I just wasted 7 hours.

Sorry you are having trouble. We responded via email.

It might be that you have some pending transactions that are holding your funds. If so, you may be able to see these via your online banking. They will expire in a day or two, or you can contact your bank to have them removed.
