There is an easy way to view the Spine data in a spreadsheet that I thought I'd share. Spine data is exported in JSON but this can be converted using https://json-csv.com into CSV (which can be opened in Excel).

That's pretty neat, though I found it difficult to make sense of the data once it was turned into a spreadsheet.
