Hi Nate/Shiu,

Just installed Spine on my laptop, enter activation code, upgrade, then it kept crash when loading hits 100%.
Anyway, I attach the log, please check the following stack trace, my user folder name appear as '?' is actually a Chinese character(which is created by Windows 8 itself since I initially used a Microsoft Account rather than local account..), hope you guys can fix it soon. ;)

I suggest installing Spine at a path that doesn't have a problematic character. I'm not sure we'll be able to fix it. :worry:

Hi Nate, thanks for the reply. However, the problem is not caused by path where Spine is installed, but it is the path where Spine extracted its shared library. I have tried to rename the Windows user folder, somehow Spine and other apps are still trying to read stuff from the old folder, weird..

Anyway, I know you are already busy enough with all the Spine goals, thanks

Ah, you're right of course. Hmm, not sure what to do. Will have to leave the issue for now and come back to it. :(

This should be fixed now. You'll have to download Spine again, auto update isn't enough.
