I'm getting the same issue in 4.0.23
everytime I try setting any value to a bone it'll set colour keys to all the child slots?
it quickly gets very messy.. any idea of a fix for this?

Having a play with this just now and im noticing (for me at least) this seems to be something to do with the alpha because if I split the alpha it stops happening on that slot... which means i'd need to split the alpha for all slots.
