I can't understand why, when the animation of the bow's tension is played, the legs in the animation of the movements are not played correctly.

Most likely your bow pulling animation keys the legs. Keys of animations on higher tracks in an animation state overwrite the keys of animations in lower tracks. To fix this, remove the keys from the bow pulling animation that set the legs and feet bone transforms.
