I downloaded it from mail and couldn't boot and it looks like this but nothing happened after that.

Hello, please try to delete the version.txt file and restart Spine.

Maybe I have seen and tried the ways that I can in Spine Troubleshooting but still can't start spine

What error does the log show after deleting the version.txt file?

Thanks Erika but I think the reason comes from my computer, I will reinstall the window
