Hello, I watched this video, it helped me a lot in animation, but I could not achieve the result as on gif. Is it even possible to achieve such a movement as on a gif in Spine, or is it still not?

Sure, it is! Where are you having trouble? What kind of result do you get?
I would use a mesh with quite a few vertices and bind it to bones to get the bending you need. Scaling bones would help get the same look as your GIF.
