@AA - yeah, a draw order timeline would be awesome for sure.

We're currently doing this by adding slots and showing/hiding the different layers - a bit hacky.

@jmcguirk - Yep, we're doing the same thing, I think Nate suggested it. It's working well so far.

I'm loving the wolf! great use of the scale, and the run cycle is looking sweet.
Do you do the animation?

This is a really fantastic job - I'd love to see the bones! It looks like you even have individual pieces of fur animated, that's intense.
