I appear to be stuck in 3.8.99.

That is the version that appears as "latest" in settings, and I tried manually entering 4.0 in "other" as well, no luck.

I also tried logging out via settings and re-entering my enterprise license code, that also did nothing.

Please advise.

Thanks! I see your launcher version is at 3.8.82. To update the editor to 4.0 you'll need to download Spine from your license page and reinstall. If you can find your license page:

Sorry for bothering you about the spine.log file, but I was worried that maybe the latest launcher had a problem that wasn't letting you update. We haven't forced older launchers to update, since people might be happy enough using the 3.8.99 editor. We did just realize that older launchers weren't prompting correctly for how to update, so we've fixed that!
